Parkview Terrace Phase 2

Canada ICI arranged a CMHC-insured first mortgage to facilitate the construction financing of a newly built apartment complex, Parkview Terrace Phase 2. Located in the St. Vital area of Winnipeg, Parkview Terrace Phase 2 is a new 4-storey apartment building featuring 57 units, 37 surface stalls, 42 underground stalls and 37 storage stalls. In addition to St. Vital Centre being close by, there are ample amenities within a short driving distance, including the University of Manitoba, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and schools.
