Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope is a six-storey mixed-use development with 70 residential apartment units and over 8,800 square feet of main-floor commercial space. The building is located in the sought-after Capitol Hill neighbourhood with easy access to downtown. Canada ICI committed and advanced this loan which allowed the Borrower to stage their equity contribution during the course of construction. The project was funded by a capital provider exclusive to Canada ICI.
