Edgewater Towers

Edgewater Towers are the focal point of the ongoing redevelopment of the east end of the city’s central downtown corridor, Jasper Avenue. These 26- and 30-storey towers consist of 418 high-end rental units fronting directly onto the North Saskatchewan River Valley and were developed by one of the city’s most prominent high-rise builders. Canada ICI originated construction financing for this landmark development.
