Nathan Loewen

Profile

Nathan entered the commercial real estate industry in 2018 as a summer student in Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory division. Enticed by the industry, he became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2019 and has been actively working towards his AACI designation since.

Before joining Canada ICI, Nathan spent two years as an appraisal analyst at Altus Group, where he focused on writing appraisal reports. His valuation experience spans all major asset classes, including Class-A/AA office towers, new construction multi-family developments, industrial facilities, vacant land, and regional shopping centres. 

Throughout his career, Nathan has valued more than $1.0B in commercial real estate assets, with significant experience on projects exceeding $100M.

I joined CICI because the growth and prominence in the regional market were abundantly apparent. The Winnipeg office has fostered a winning formula that I was eager to be a part of.

I am proud of the knowledge and expertise I’ve gained through providing valuation services for some of Winnipeg’s most prominent commercial properties. 

I have my sights set on completing my AACI and DULE designations while continually expanding my knowledge of commercial real estate finance. 

My strengths are my aptitude for analyzing real estate assets and my ability to provide a unique perspective by thinking outside the box. 

I am looking forward to being immersed in real estate finance and learning the business from Canada ICI’s industry-leading experts.
