Mike Holowatuk

Bio

Mike is a Mortgage Analyst at Canada ICI, working on the origination team in Calgary. Prior to joining Canada ICI, Mike gained valuable internship experience at a private equity firm as a summer analyst and more recently at a commercial landlord working on its leasing team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, where he specialized in Finance.

I joined Canada ICI to be part of a high-performing team and learn from many experienced professionals in the commercial real estate sector.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because we play a vital role in the development of communities where people live, work, and play, which makes it especially rewarding.

I believe the keys to success are faith, perseverance, and surrounding yourself with good people.

I am motivated by my family, friends, colleagues, and the opportunity to serve the community around me.
