Daniel Li

Bio

Daniel joined Canada ICI’s Ottawa office in 2022 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Ottawa. He now works closely with the origination team in Ottawa. His background in finance, combined with his deep knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling, will assist him in making professional commercial mortgage investment analyses.

Daniel has over seven years of personal investment experience, specializing in real estate, renewable energy, automotive and information technology. He is pursuing his CFA designation.

I joined Canada ICI because CICI is a trusted partner in the Canadian commercial real estate industry, and joining CICI offers me the opportunity to bring the highest quality commercial mortgage services to borrowers and lenders across Canada.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because I will have the opportunity to participate in city and even national commercial real estate projects. Through CICI’s professional commercial mortgage program, I will be involved in moving these construction projects toward implementation.

I believe the keys to success are being passionate about life, having strong perseverance in work and being full of confidence in the future.

I am looking forward to having a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and building a strong relationship with the client.
