Fontaine Bleu is a 202-unit condo project constructed over a 289-stall underground parkade. The project features a contemporary design and interior finishes unique to the city’s marketplace. A construction loan was arranged with an institutional lender and a private equity fund to allow the developer to commence construction with minimal pre-sales, allowing for faster project delivery and higher sales values.
